His newest book, The Body Keeps The Score: Brain, Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma, offers a revolutionary new understanding of the causes and consequences of trauma and how to heal the traumatized brain through diverse therapies such as neurofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, theater, yoga, and movement.
